Are you seeking to be supported and support others while navigating your inner world? Whether it be sharing your dreams, navigating difficulties, relating to others in community, or becoming more grounded in daily practices these circles are created to support you wherever you are! Each session is curated with somatic movement, various creative activities, dance, and mindfulness practices among others! As women throughout history we met together,and we healed together.
Hannah is passionate about cultivating healthy relationships, and maintaining integrity in our community as she facilitates women's circles throughout Philadelphia. Hannah is a practicing Somatic Therapist working in the field of holistic wellness and mental health.
