Our breath is a powerful tool for maintaining health, balance, calm, and equanimity under pressure. Balance breathing can help increase energy, improve blood pressure, and help us sleep better. In this class we will learn ways to utilize our breath to reduce stress and build resilience to support us in stressful times. Join KD and Lauren to learn ways to make our breath our ally.
