Aria Trueblood is a certified yoga instructor with four years of teaching experience. She discovered yoga in 2018 and has been passionate about the practice ever since. She has completed 200 hours of teacher training, specializing in Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Dhyana Yoga and continues to deepen her knowledge through ongoing training and workshops.
Aria believes that yoga is for everyone and strives to create a welcoming and inclusive space in her classes. She encourages students to listen to their bodies and practice with compassion and mindfulness. Aria’s teaching style is thoughtful and intentional. She creates a supportive environment where students can explore their practice and connect with their bodies and minds.
Off the mat, Aria is an animal caretaker and spends her time with dogs all over the city. Aria enjoys hobbies or interests related to yoga; she enjoys hiking, gardening and is an occasional pool player. She is grateful for the transformative power of yoga and feels honored to share the practice with others.
