Join Krystal of Inner Sanctum RituWell outside, around Passyunk Ave, to identify and explore herbs historically used for chronic pain.
We’ll meet at South Philly Acupuncture and visit several plants and trees to discuss how these plants have been historically used to remedy chronic pains, and how to identify them in your own backyard. We’ll end our time together with a short meditation in Columbus Park to connect and integrate our learnings, quiet our minds and listen what our bodies want us to know.
About 5 plants/trees will be identified. Please bring a journal if you’d like to write down information shared during the walk. Children are welcome to attend with parents present, as they love learning and playing with nature!
Workshops size will be smaller than usual because of the kind of workshop.
